Cost of Room:
March to end of June - $150.00 per night
July to end of October - $175.00 per night
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from your host. Payment is due on arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Any changes to reservations, including amendments to dates, guest names, or room types, must be communicated to the host in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
On the agreed day of departure, check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. We have no difficulty with accommodating guest needs, so just ask.
Cancellation requires prior written consent from the host 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Without consent, the guest must pay 100% of the agreed price if the room is not occupied.
We welcome pets; love them actually. We do however add an additional $25.00 cleaning fee AND we ask that you “poop and scoop” after your dog. This is our home too. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets or service animals, including damage to the pool.
The guest acknowledges that they will not leave litter anywhere on the property. Anywhere. If the guest is camping, the guest understands that NO food can be brought into the tent or left about the area. Though we are only an hour from Toronto, we have lots of local wildlife, including skunks, porcupines, deer, turkeys, and a loud pack of coyotes!
Our home is not very accessible, and we are sorry for that. Rooms and the bathroom are on the 2nd floor with 14 + steps to access them.
Our guests are liable for all damages they have caused to our property, including to the buildings, and any equipment.
Your stay at Our Caledon Home Bed & Breakfast, and the use of our property, services, or amenities is undertaken at the guest’s own risk. The guest has had an opportunity to seek legal advice or waives that right. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, the guest hereby waives and releases the Bed & Breakfast, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
1. any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including vehicles, whether occurring in guest rooms, parking areas, or elsewhere on or off the property; and
2. any personal injury, illness, or death arising from or in connection with the guest’s stay or use of our property, facilities, or services.
If the guest is using the pool, you agree and understand that there is no lifeguard and that you use 100 % at your own risk.
Guests acknowledge that the pool is not fully fenced and may be a hazard for guests, children and pets.
The guest further agrees that the hosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, enjoyment, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
By completing a reservation, checking in, or entering the property, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Waiver of Liability and Damages.
The guest explicitly agrees that this agreement precludes guests from advancing civil suits for personal injury of any kind, regardless of the nature of the occurrence or reason for the injury and incident.
Provision of parking does not constitute a safekeeping contract.
